Garlic Bombs

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 whole garlic heads

  • 4t olive oil

  • Pinch of fresh thyme per head

  • Pinch of flaky salt per head


COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Serves 2

  1. Chop the tops of the garlic and wrap in tin foil.

  2. Drizzle with 1t olive oil per head and add a pinch of fresh thyme & flaky salt.

  3. Roast for 1hr at 300F until the tops start popping out, enjoy!
