INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lobsters

  • 1 stick butter (total 1.5 sticks see below!)

  • Parsley

  • BBQ Rub

  • Lemon


Smoked Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 1/2 stick butter

  • 5-8 garlic cloves


COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Serves 2

  1. Prepare Lobster: Cut your lobster down the middle and season with BBQ rub. Crack the claws so that when you put the butter on top it seems through! Cut 1 stick of butter into chunks and place on top of the cut lobster (see video linked below).

  2. Smoke the lobster and garlic cloves until the internal temp of the lobster hits 130F (10-15 minutes for the lobster). I recommend positioning the claws closest to the coals since they take longer to cook.

  3. Prepare the Butter Sauce: Chop up the smoked garlic and combine with half a stick of butter. Microwave until melted!

  4. Top your lobster with chopped parsley and lemon juice. Enjoy!
